Wohnhaus Gebhartstrasse, Koenitz, Switzerland
Arch: Halle 58 Type: Eco Housing
--
The Eco-Housing in Koeniz Switzerland is offering "Loft" like living units and expands the idea of the single- family dwelling as a zero carbon home to a multi-unit structure.
The form relates to the 60´s housing units in its neighborhood, but contrasting as the structural facade is fully made from wood. Being relieved from inner structural contraints the spaces are flexible and the long rectangular shape of the project enables the gain of passive solar energy.
