Th development in the City of London is one of the largest in the City of London in recent years. Its a composition of 5 new buildings, including a 20-storey building and a public square.
The 200 GBP Development offers a large amount of modern work space and is a outstand- ing example of modern sustainable architecture.
The highrise is accompanied by two atrium buildings, a low rise block and a smaller building that serves as management suite. The building was awarded with a
BREEAM `Excellent`.
